DESCRIPTION:Waterbury\, CT Police Lieutenant\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Our Needs: \nAssessors must be current\, or retired\, Police Officers of the rank of Captain or higher (or equivalent) and must have been in that rank for at least two (2) years. We are seeking two (2) diverse panels\, by both gender and race\, by Police Officers who fit the above criteria and are available to attend and serve as an assessor. \nLogistical Specifics:\nThe Assessment Center activities will be held virtually. Each assessor will need high speed internet on a laptop or tablet to download candidate videos and Microsoft Teams to work together to score the candidates. \nCompensation:\nWaterbury Police will have approximately nineteen (19) total\, candidates testing for the one rank\, and two (2) exercises\, to be scored.
