DESCRIPTION:Miramar\, FL Fire Battalion Chief Assessment Center\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Assessor Qualifications: Assessors must be current\, or retired\, firefighters of the rank of Battalion Chief or higher (or equivalent) AND must have been in that rank for at least two (2) years. Additionally\, assessors must be tenured with Morris & McDaniel\, having previously served in five (5) or more processes. We are seeking three (3) assessors for one (1) diverse panel\, by both gender and race. \nLogistical Specifics: The Assessment Center activities will be held virtually. Each assessor will need high speed internet on a laptop or tablet to download candidate videos and Microsoft Teams to work together to score the candidates. Miramar Fire will have four (4) Battalion Chief candidates and two (2) exercises to be scored.
