DESCRIPTION:Miramar\, FL Fire Lieutenant Virtual\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Assessor Qualifications:\nAssessors must be tenured with Morris & McDaniel\, having completed five (5) or more prior processes. Assessors must be current\, or retired\, firefighters of the rank of Battalion Chief or higher (or equivalent)\, and must have been in that rank for at least two (2) years. We are seeking three (3) tenured assessors to fill one (1) diverse panel\, by both gender and race. We need firefighters who fit the above criteria and are available to attend and serve as an assessor. \nLogistical Specifics:\nThe Assessment Center activities will be held virtually. Each assessor will need high speed internet on a laptop or tablet to download candidate videos and Microsoft Teams to work together to score the candidates. Miramar Fire will have three (3) Battalion Chief candidates testing\, and two exercises to be scored.
