DESCRIPTION:Stamford\, CT Fire Lieutenant\, Captain and Deputy Fire Marshal Virtual Assessment Center\n				\n				\n			\n				\n				\n				\n				\n				Assessor Qualifications:Assessors must be current\, or retired\, firefighters of the rank of Lieutenant or higher (or equivalent) and must have been in that rank for at least two (2) years.  However\, we will also need assessors who are firefighters currently\, or previously\, in the rank of Fire Marshal or higher (or equivalent) and in the rank for at least two (2) years.  We are seeking diverse panels\, by both gender and race\, by officers who fit the above criteria and are available to attend and serve as an assessor.   \nLogistical Specifics: The Assessment Center activities will be held virtually.  Each assessor will need high speed internet on a laptop or tablet to download candidate videos and Microsoft Teams to work together to score the candidates.
