The Morris Learning Aptitude Test (LAT) assesses the ability of an individual to learn new skills and to acquire new knowledge. This test is effective in measuring the capacity of a candidate to learn new procedures on the job or to adapt to new equipment or software.
Mechanical Aptitude Test (MAT)
The Mechanical Aptitude Test (MAT) assesses an applicant’s ability to understand basic mechanical principles. The test requires applicants to demonstrate skills and/or abilities in basic mechanical contexts.
