His multifaceted training equips him with unparalleled insight into the complex dynamics of personnel issues, particularly those related to Title VII. However, the lifelong learner that he is, at 77 years old, he embarked on a remarkable journey, becoming perhaps the oldest MBA student ever enrolled, providing him with an Executive MBA at the prestigious Yale School of Management.
