Bristol, CT Fire Lieutenant, Captain, Deputy Chief Assessment Center
Assessor Qualifications:
Assessors must be of the rank of, or equivalent to, Deputy Chief or higher AND must have been in that rank for at least two years. If possible we are seeking seven (7) assessors of this rank to fill two (2) diverse panels. Additionally, we will need assessors the rank of, or equivalent to, Lieutenant or higher AND must have been in that rank for at least two years. If possible we are seeking six (6) assessors of this rank to fill two (2) diverse panels. In total, we are seeking (13) assessors who are able to drive to Bristol, CT to fill four (4) diverse panels, by both gender and race, of firefighters who fit the above criteria and are available to attend and serve as an assessor.
Logistical Specifics:
The Assessment Center activities will be held in Bristol, CT. Each assessor will be provided with round-trip transportation (mileage), a private sleeping room, and food per diem.
