While each test is described separately, our firm’s recommended best practice is to implement them as a group of tests (i.e., test battery) appropriate to the respective job level, senior-level or entry-level. When implemented as a test battery, the resulting overall score provides the best predictive identifier of a qualified, diverse applicant pool as well as forecast each applicant’s potential to efficiently transition onboard and later become a successful MidSouth Bank employee.
The configuration of assessment tools in each test battery also may be adapted to match the manner in which their individual scores are to be combined and how battery’s scores will be integrated into MidSouth Bank’s current selection procedures. Specific to the managerial batteries, adaptations may be needed as determined by the number of applicants anticipated and where in the onboarding process the battery is implemented. The tools that comprise each Test Battery have a proven track record demonstrating them as reliable and valid processes for identifying a diverse, qualified applicant pool.
