Assessment Centers

An Assessment Center consists of a standardized evaluation of an individuals behavior based on multiple observations and multiple observers. Judgments about behavior are made, in part, from specially developed simulation exercises. These judgments are then pooled by assessors who are specifically trained to perform this duty.

Candidate Self Report

This test can be incorporated into any industry testing battery because it assesses the integrity, service orientation and work ethic levels of employees. The Candidate Profile Summary has been validated to predict success of an employee, and can be used as a valuable tool in the hiring process for all industries.

Entry-Level Police Written Communication Test

Entry-Level Testing

Assesses the ability of an individual to learn new skills and to acquire new knowledge. This test is effective in measuring the capacity of a candidate to learn new procedures on the job or to adapt to new equipment or software.

Psychological Evaluations for Police and Fire

Assessing the suitability of candidates applying for entry-level police and fire positions can be quite advantageous. Morris & McDaniel incorporates a psychological history questionnaire, a nationally-validated personality test, and a structured interview preformed by a qualified, licensed psychologist.
