Miramar, FL Police Sergeant Assessment Center

Assessor Qualifications:  Assessors must be current, or retired, police of the rank of Lieutenants or higher (or equivalent) AND must have been in that rank for at least two years.  Additionally, assessors must not reside in the Miramar Area, be a current or former employee of the City of Miramar and shall not be related by blood or marriage to any candidate for promotion in Miramar. Finally, assessors should never have had, and do not currently have, any personal or professional working relationship with any candidate eligible for promotion in the Miramar, FL Police Sergeant process.

We are seeking eight (8) assessors for two (2) diverse panels, by both gender and race, who fit the above criteria and are available to attend and serve as an assessor.

Logistical Specifics: The Assessment Center activities will be held in-person in Miramar.  Each assessor will need to drive to and from the location both days to score the candidates.
