Assessor Qualifications:
Assessors must be tenured with Morris & McDaniel, having completed five (5) or more prior processes. Assessors must be current or retired firefighters of the rank of Captain or higher (or equivalent) and must have been in that rank for at least two (2) years. We are seeking three (3) assessors to fill one (1) diverse panel, by both gender and race. We need firefighters who fit the above criteria and are available to attend and serve as an assessor.

Logistical Specifics:
The Assessment Center activities will be held virtually. Each assessor will need high speed internet on a laptop or tablet to download candidate videos and Microsoft Teams to work together to score the candidates.Pantex will have approximately eleven (11) Technical Captain candidates testing, and two (2) exercises to be scored. Assessors will be compensated for their time in the amount of $25 per candidate, per exercise scored.
