Assessor Qualifications:
Assessors may be active or retired and must be of the rank of Lieutenant or higher (or equivalent) for a minimum of two (2) years. However, we will also need a certain number of active or retired assessors that are of the rank Battalion Chief or higher (or equivalent), as well, for a minimum of two (2) years. We are seeking diverse panels, by both gender and race, by firefighters who fit the above criteria and are available to attend and serve as an assessor.
Logistical Specifics:
The Assessment Center activities will be held in Memphis, TN. Each assessor will be provided with round-trip transportation (flight or mileage), a private sleeping room, and food per diem.
