Our Needs:  

 Assessors must be current or retired Police Officers of the rank of Captain or higher (or equivalent) and must have been in that rank for at least two (2) years. We are seeking three (3) diverse panels, by both gender and race, of Police Officers who fit the above criteria and are available to attend and serve as an assessor.  

  

Logistical Specifics: 

The Assessment Center activities will be held virtually.  Each assessor will need high-speed internet on a laptop or tablet to view candidate videos and Microsoft Teams to work together to score the candidates. 

 

Stamford Police will have candidates testing for the three ranks, and five (5) exercises to be scored.  Assessors will be compensated for their time in the amount of $25 per candidate, per exercise scored. There will be no training.
