Assessor Qualifications:

Assessors for the EMS Commander – Field process must come from the EMS division of the Fire Department, have a paramedic certification, have experience in training paramedics and EMTs. Additionally, assessors must be of the rank of, or equivalent to, Commander or higher and must have held that rank for at least two (2) years. We are seeking diverse panels, by both gender and race, by firefighters who fit the above criteria and are available to attend and serve as an assessor.

Logistical Specifics:

The Assessment Center activities will be held in Memphis, TN. Each assessor will be provided with round-trip transportation (flight or mileage), a private sleeping room, and food per diem.
