Assessor Qualifications:
Assessors must be active firefighters who are currently, or previously, in the rank of, or equivalent to, Captain or higher. Assessors must also have current, or previous, fire operations experience. Additionally, assessors must serve in a fire department, outside of the Dallas Metropolitan area, in the United States serving a minimum population of 250,000. We are seeking diverse panels, by both gender and race, by firefighters who fit the above criteria and are available to attend and serve as an assessor.
Logistical Specifics:
The Assessment Center activities will be held in Dallas, TX. Each assessor will be provided with round-trip transportation (flight or mileage), a private sleeping room, and food per diem.
