Assessor Qualifications:
Assessors must be tenured with Morris & McDaniel, having completed five (5) or more prior processes. Assessors must be current, or retired, law enforcement officers of the rank of Sergeant or higher (or equivalent) and must have been in that rank for at least two (2) years. We are seeking one (1) diverse panel, by both gender and race, by three (3) officers who fit the above criteria and are available to attend and serve as an assessor.
Logistical Specifics:
The Assessment Center activities will be held virtually. Each assessor will need high speed internet on a laptop or tablet to download candidate videos and Microsoft Teams to work together to score the candidates. Kendall County will have approximately ten (10) law enforcement Sergeant and ten (10) corrections Sergeant candidates testing, and two (2) exercises to be scored per rank. Assessors will be compensated for their time in the amount of $25 per candidate, per exercise scored.
